Warm and cold, two opposites, but together a great combination when it comes to ice-creams and hot berry sauces! With this quick and easy recipe, it’s easy to serve any surprise guest. Just pour the freshly made red-berry sauce onto a cold vanilla or lemon ice-cream scoop and serve! This sour-sweet sauce works greatly with meats too.


For 4 servings

  • • 1 cup of (frozen) blueberries
  • • 1 cup of (frozen) raspberries
  • • 1 cup of (frozen) mulberries
  • • 1 cup of (frozen) strawberries
  • • 100g Acacia Honey


  1. Mix the berries in a large bowl and start to heat them slowly.
  2. Stir it regularly until the mixture is completely melted and add the honey.
  3. When it is ready we can serve it with ice-creams or meats as well.
