With its simple taste it’s the perfect side for a warm cup of coffee or tea. Those who crave for something a bit more extra, just pour some jam on top and you are good to go!


For 12 biscuits

  • • 100g butter
  • • 1 tsp vanilla
  • • 180g flour
  • • 50g Flower honey


  1. Preheat oven to 150 C°
  2. Beat butter and honey until it’s light and fluffy and add the rest of the ingredients slowly and stir it until it’s smooth.
  3. Roll it out to about 0,5cm and cut it up into circles.
  4. Place it on the baking sheet and bake it until it turns golden-brown (~25mins)
