It is the all-time favorite of the banana-lovers, but many avoids it because of its high sugar content. Well, this one’s not for the lighthearted dieters, but for those who would like to indulge themselves in this creamy, sweet delicious shake not giving a thing for calories! We like to use our Milkweed honey, as its gives a characteristic spicy taste to it, but it can be prepared with acacia or flower honey as well.


For a 2 glasses

  • • 1 large, mid-ripe banana
  • • 2 tbsp of Milkweed honey (or Acacia or Flower honey)
  • • 400ml milk
  • • 2 tsp vanilla
  • • 1 handful of ice-cubes (optional)


  1. Slice up the banana, so it will fit into the blender.
  2. Add all other ingredients and blend it until we get a smooth shake.
