GRANOLA

We often hear that the most important meal is breakfast but in the morning rush we tent to skip it. Luckily, this super delicious, crunchy and light Granola can be prepared any time so we only have to pure a little yoghurt on top with some fresh berries and we are good to go. Not only practical, but also healthy, a perfect way to start your day!

INGREDIENTS

For 20 servings

  • • 4 cups of finely ground oatmeal
  • • ½ cup of almond flakes
  • • ½ cup of almonds
  • • 1 cup of pecans
  • • 1 cup of sunflower seeds
  • • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • • ½ cup of Fulmer Flower Honey
  • • 1 vanilla bean
  • • 1 tsp of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 C°
  2. Chop the almonds and pecans to the size of your like.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla and cinnamon together and then add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Lay the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake it for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, take it out and stir it and put it back for another 10 minutes to bake.
  6. When it’s ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
